He has been a composer and songwriter for over thirty years. He is a multi instrumentalist and lyricist. His music is being played in over twenty different countries. His library of music is well over one thousand tracks. In Los Angeles, he had a multi faceted career which also included studio and live performance. In addition he was a professor of music at the acclaimed Musicians Institute in Hollywood.

He has been fascinated by working with electronic and synth music in addition to traditional pop songs. His love of synth sounds combined with acoustic instruments creates his interest in hybrid songs.

Her love of song started in early childhood, listening to her musical parents. With her degree in English Literature, she particularly enjoys the storytelling aspect of the songwriting process, bringing a strong narrative to the songs.

Since its inception in early 2023, slObird (slow-bird) have consistently produced interesting and catchy synth pop music, pulling from the strengths of both members. Their very first track, Synching My Heart is an award winning song (New Times Music Awards) about love in the A.I. age, and exemplifies their unique, fresh, retro pop sound.
